Maggie is a transactional attorney representing real estate and business/corporate clientele. Specifically, Maggie has experience representing parties in both commercial and residential transactions. With her experience as an operations manager and general counsel for a title company, Maggie brings a comprehensive understanding of the obligations necessary to close a deal in a timely and cost-efficient manner, as well as the potential pitfalls that can arise throughout the process. Maggie also drafts loan agreements for her clients, including those who utilize creative financing or unique transaction structures.
In addition to real estate, Maggie provides a range of business services, such as entity formation, merger and acquisitions, asset sales or purchases, contract drafting and review (operating agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, service agreements, consulting/employment agreements, resolutions, bylaws, etc.) and other general corporate services. Maggie has additional experience with administering probates (informal, formal, special administration, or transfers by affidavit).
Maggie is originally from East Troy, WI. Prior to beginning law school in 2018, Maggie served as the OWI Court Coordinator of Walworth County. She graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2021 and was inducted into the Pro Bono Honor Society for her service at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic. Aside from practicing law, Maggie enjoys reading, trying her hand at a new recipe, and spending time with her wife, Becca, and hyperactive border collie, Luna.
