Jonathan is an attorney with SBR Law Group and represents his clients on all aspects of commercial real estate, including asset dispositions, development, financing, leasing, construction and investment. His professional background includes experience in private practice, as well as a variety of in-house roles with commercial real estate firms. This blend of legal and business expertise provides Jonathan unique insight into complex real estate matters and business relationships, resulting in knowledgeable and resourceful legal advocacy for his clients.

Jonathan’s experience spans many types of specific real estate matters, including governmental approvals and hearings, structuring private investment arrangements, purchase and lease negotiations, dispute resolution, loans and capital vehicles, title issues, construction and design services agreements, and others. He has practical experience with a wide variety of businesses, clients, adverse parties, municipalities and markets. This background helps Jonathan navigate the best course for his clients in any particular opportunity, transaction or dispute.

Outside of his professional activities Jonathan enjoys traveling, outdoor pursuits and coaching youth sports. He is a long-time brewing advocate, and as a Bucky Badger alumnus enjoys all topics relating to the University of Wisconsin.
